Using and Building the Idea Library
The Idea Library in Second Life is provided to ISTE courtesy of the National Network of Digital Schools offering us a facility where we can meet, research, collaborate and refine the process before its launch at NECC (Register here for the ISTE Innovation Exchange, June 27 from 8AM - Noon).The results of our discussions here will be used to populate the database, providing examples of best practice to help people understand the process. It must be understood
that the database has NOTHING to do with Second
Life-- people don't have to be in SL to contribute or use it. And the
Second Life Idea Library has EVERYTHING to do
with the database....it will allow people to discuss things they find
in the database, help each other create an implementation plan from things
they find in the database, and ask questions of others when deciding to
implement something found in the database.
